Modise Mabeko

Modise Mabeko is a founding member of IZT Business Enterprise and is passionate about business, leadership, and politics. He was born and raised in Rustenburg, North West Province, and is the only son among 3 sisters. During his childhood, he was raised under the loving guidance of his grandparents, who played a significant role in shaping his values, discipline, and leadership character.
He is a devoted Christian, a husband, and a proud father of one son, Katlego.
Educational Background:
Matriculated from Mmanape High School, Rustenburg, North West.
Certificate in Business Management – University of South Africa (UNISA).
Diploma in Communication – Damelin College.
Postgraduate studies in Political Science – University of South Africa (UNISA).
Currently pursuing undergraduate studies in Political Science and Research at the University of South Africa (UNISA).
Political Career:
Modise Mabeko has dedicated nearly 25 years to political leadership and public service.
His political journey began in the UCDP Youth in the Bafokeng District, where he developed a strong interest in community development and youth leadership. In 2009, he joined the African National Congress (ANC) and served until 2017, after which he stepped away from politics to focus on building his business career.
In 2020, he joined ActionSA in the Tshwane Region, where he served in several leadership positions, including:

Constituency Chairperson (Tshwane Region)
After returning to his home province of North West, he continued serving ActionSA as:
Constituency Chairperson – Rustenburg
Regional Media Liaison – Bojanala Region
Regional Secretary – Bojanala West
As Regional Secretary, he played a key leadership role in strengthening the organisation, contributing to ActionSA securing one Member of the Provincial Legislature (MPL) seat in the North West Province following the 2024 National and Provincial Elections.
In January 2026, he joined the Bophuthatswana Civil Movement (BCM). He was appointed Regional Chairperson for Bojanala and currently serves as the National Communication Director of the Bophuthatswana Civil Movement, where he leads the movement's communication strategy, public engagement, and media relations.
